I received the Strawberry & Blackcurrant flavored gummy hair vitamins from the company based in the United Kingdom. Each bottle contains 60 chewable heart-shaped vitamins – two for each day. After 30 days my hair continued to be full, strong, shiny and healthy.
I should note that I had been taking another brand’s vitamins before starting these ones but had Hairburst’s vitamins not been effective I would have noticed 2 weeks in.
What I loved about the vitamins is that they are tasty. It’s just like eating candy! If you’ve tried different, more traditional, vitamins you’d notice that they often have a very strong and pungent smell to them. They can also be challenging to swallow, especially if they’re rather big. These vitamins are chewable making super easy to ingest.
The vitamins contain biotin, selenium, zinc, vitamin B12, and pantothenic acid (you can learn what some of these mean in our guide of vitamins). They reduce hair breakage and increase your hair’s strength and elasticity. I highly recommend these hair vitamins for ALL hair types. Try them if you’re looking for a better experience taking vitamins. I only gave this product and 8 versus a 10 because I only had a 30 day supply. I’d want to take them for 3 months in order to really test how effective they are.
