How I Use It
After cleansing, I section my wet hair and apply the Triple Treat section by section starting from the ends, working my way up to the roots (but not on the scalp!). I use a wide-tooth comb to detangle and evenly distribute the product throughout the section, and then I let it sit while I continue to shower. The jar suggests you leave it on for just two minutes.
I usually leave it on for a good five. When I am done with my shower, I rinse each section, just enough to get rid of the excess product. I always leave a little bit in my hair, and this stuff is so lightweight that it never leaves build up or a filmy coating, and Ouidad confirms that the Triple Treat is safe for everyday use. Then I style as desired or air dry and let the fro be free.
