I received the African Pride Olive Miracle Moisturizer Lotion to review and boy did it live up to its name. If you’re looking for a lightweight, daily all-in-one product that hydrates, softens, detangles, and prevents breakage- look no further. I know what you’re thinking, “a product that does all three of those things?! No way.” But seriously, this stuff is the bees knees.

Enough of the fluff, it was time to put the product to the test.
How I Used It
The bottle instructs to use daily, applying a small amount into hair from roots to ends, don’t rinse out, and style as usual. The first time I used this product it was on damp hair post shampoo and condition. I applied it in sections and finger detangled. The product is water based so that allowed for easy application and tons of slip. My fingers glided right though my tangles and I lost almost no hair to shedding. (Win!)
My ends had been suffering from rubbing against my clothes and were pretty dry, so dry in fact that my conditioner alone was not doing the trick. I smoothed a little extra (about a dime size) onto my ends in sections and the product acted as a sealant, immediately restoring my struggling ends and adding a gorgeous shine to all of my hair. (Win, Win!)
The bottle instructs to use daily so I was prepared for this miracle moisture to fade by the next day. I woke up the next morning prepared to spruce up my curls with a little extra product here and there. I took my hair out of my pineapple, and to my surprise the shine and moisture was still there! My hair was so soft, so fluffy and still so shiny. (Win, Win, Win!)
