Midtown Curls in the Midtown District of Reno, Nevada, started on September 13th, 2015. It was invented and created by Anna Gabriella Palotai (@annagabriellahair), and is designed to reach out to people, curly or straight, who want to learn how to achieve healthier, shinier, more manageable hair.
