In this video I describe my experience with heat damage and what I did to remedy it. This video will inform you about some of the pros and cons you may experience when you have to cut your hair – either little by little or in one Big Chop like I did. I discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both in this video. Sometimes the best repair is another big chop.
