• “You can’t sell sameness.” – Sergio Zeeman quote (former CMO for Coca Cola). What makes your business different?
• You MUST be passionate about ALL sides of building a brand, not just the glamorous elements. This attitude will not sustain you or your business.
• Focus on a few things and do them uncommonly well. This will give you a greater probability of success.
• Your brand is not your logo. Know what your brand stands for that will form the basis of a long lasting brand.
• You don’t necessarily need a business plan. Just start!
