You will look and feel overall better. Think of it as natures fountain of youth.
Here are some tips to help you get started with clean eating:
- Try to get rid of as much junk food in your home as possible. This will help get rid of temptations.
- Eat every 2-3 hours . Doing this will help you really stay on track with your portions and speed up your metabolism.
- Drink plenty of water! Cut out any sugary drinks such as sodas, juices etc. and drink as much water as possible!

When we are working out, take cardio for example, we are helping the oxygen properly flow throughout the body therefore promoting hair growth and over all health. Working out is also a huge stress reliever. Stress is one of most common causes of hair fall out. The more we workout and eat better the happier we will feel and the healthier we will be.
