Look, I’m from the UK so I love Football, sorry “Soccer”, but this year I’ve found my appreciation for the game has reached new heights. The men are just, well, so damn fine! And to add to the appeal, many of them sport naturally, curly locks. This Ghanian striker decided to rep his shirt number by shaping and dying yellow the number “3” into the sides of his hair. Ghana may be out of this World Cup but he can continue to rock this style as he sports the number 3 shirt for his home club Al Ain in UAE. Who said football players aren’t resourceful?!
Guillermo Ochoa, Mexico
Guillermo Ochoa’s curls look so bouncy and healthy as he dives to save those goals. Can we get a regimen from him? I’m just saying. Even at the 90 minute mark, his hair is still blowing effortlessly in the wind. Maybe we’ll hit him up for a Beauty of the Week feature.

This cutie didn’t get too creative, the frohawk/mohawk has been a staple at this World Cup. What we love about this look is how understated it is. For a football player he actually looks quite professional!

At only 19 years of age, this talented player had a lot of high expectations placed on him for the 2014 World Cup. His high top frohawk was worthy of the attention on this world stage. Though Raheem didn’t score any goals for England, his hair gained points with us.
Paul Pogba, France
Paul’s frowhawk has a lot going. From the fully shaved sides, high top to the blond highlights, but we like it. Maybe in four years time he should consider dying it blue, white and red – the colors of the French flag.
